Background: Our client has more than 100 reps spread across India for marketing Herbaceutical products. They also have KOLs and Principals spread across the globe. They needed a online web SFA and an Android based Mobile App which their field staff will use for daily reporting.
Challenge: The challenge was to control field reps visit patterns and to help them with vital inventory and product info when they are on field.
Solution: The solution was to develop a cross platform App which works not only on Android, but on Nokia and Blackberry smart phones also. Also we integrated the App with the pharma web based SFA software to fetch information in real time.
Benefits: The company now enjoys a greater control of its inventory in its local market as well as plan and visit doctors and hospitals in a seamless manner.
Results: The company has now more than 110 reps using the solution on a day to day basis for their Daily reporting and sample distribution needs.
