BACKGROUND: A software provider based in Maharashtra, India, was finding difficulties to manage its growing list of 30,000+ prospects and its clients contacts. 

CHALLENGE: Their aim was to find an extreme efficient process of maintaining their growth rate per annul. The company also required sales leads opportunities from a growing market database, cold calls, obtained through the Internet.
