Custom CRM application developed for the Retail store from USA

 Background: Our Retail client from  Alabama, USA needed a custom CRM solution to track the consumption and buying trends of its loyalty card holders.

Challenge: The challenge was to integrate their POS(point of sale) with our web based application as they did not want to again go for a POS application.

Solution: As we have significant experience in Customer relationship Management software and the needs of the retail vertical, we provided them a web based software which can only be accessed within the superstore. Also we built a “connector app” to link their POS to our CRM.

Benefits: Our client can now keep track of customer loyalty to specific brands and also order re-order based on seasonal / festive buying triggers.

Results: We delivered the custom solution in 40 days with testing.
